Registration

You have to use a valid email address for the registration and have to confirm the registration too.

- After the registration, you'll receive a confirmation email, you have to click to the link in the email then your profile is active immediately.

Secure your account with 2FA

In the admin, you will see 2 Factor Authentication menu. Highly recommended to turn on this function. Details in this menu.

Purchasing

In order to purchase you have to be a registered user. The important thing to fill the form app with the right delivery, phone and email address

The flow of purchasing an item

• Necessary using valid delivery and email address
• Email from the payment and as an attachment with an invoice
• Email from the exact delivery date and sharing the tracker code

Purchasing with a bank-card

The payment is going through on Stripe gateway. We are not holding any sensitive information about the payment.

Cryptocurrency payment

Send the exact amount of token to the right address. Do not close the window until the payment will be done. You'll get information about payment status.
Usually, takes about 30 minutes but this depends on the current network capacity.

• The exact amount has to send to the right address
• Do not close the window till the payment is ongoing
• You will receive email about the payment with an invoice
• You will see your invoice menu in your admin page
