As I put the finishing touches on this painting, let me share with you its inspiration and the story behind it. This artwork captures the beauty of a special place, rooted in a magnificent house located in Ireland, County Mayo, near Westport. When I first saw this house, I was struck by its serene environment and the tranquility it exuded. In the painting, I depict a wet field, not a lake, which reflects this wonderful house. During the creation process, I paid meticulous attention to capturing the essence of the house and its surroundings. The wet field acts as a mirror, reflecting the image of the house, thereby creating a unique, almost dream-like effect.
